With two decades of experience at Eagley, Saul began his career on the shop floor before quickly progressing through roles in warehouse operations, material control, despatch, and purchasing. He also managed the company’s recycling materials operation for over a decade, developing a broad operational understanding across the business. His depth of experience, commercial knowledge, and commitment to innovation led to his promotion to Head of Supply Chain.

Saul holds a CIPS Diploma qualification and is IOSH Managing Safely trained, bringing a structured, safety-focused approach to supply chain management. He combines hands-on industry expertise with a strong focus on emerging technologies to ensure Eagley remains ahead at the forefront of the industry.
