Phil Goodinson

Phil began his career in the PVC industry in 1991. Over the past three decades, he has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience across all levels of the sector. His early work focused on the formulating and testing of PVC stabilisers and compounds in R&D laboratories, followed by hands-on performance trials with customers.

Since 2006, Phil has held a range of senior leadership roles where he has successfully led businesses through periods of growth, restructuring, and sale.

Phil is a passionate advocate for sustainability in the PVC industry and has actively contributed to numerous industry-led initiatives both in the UK and internationally, demonstrating his long-standing commitment to responsible and forward-thinking practices.
