Andy Beswick

Eagley Plastics have a leadership team shaped by real depth of experience, and our Financial Director, Andy Beswick, brings exactly that. 

With more than 40 years working across manufacturing, distribution and warehousing, Andy has operated at senior level in both SMEs and large corporate groups. As a CIMA-qualified accountant with extensive experience in both management and financial accounting, he has a firm grip on the numbers and the wider strategy that sits behind them. 

A key part of Andy’s career has been steering companies through major transitions. He has overseen the financial management of multiple acquisitions, guiding businesses through change, integration and the bedding-in period that follows. That background gives Eagley Plastics a steady hand whenever the business faces growth, restructuring or new opportunities. 

His experience strengthens our financial controls, our governance and our long-term planning. With Andy on the leadership team, Eagley Plastics continues to grow with clarity, confidence and proper financial discipline.
