As part of their continuous investment programme, Eagley have now fully commissioned two new extrusion lines to ensure that they continue to offer the best choice of high-quality Polymer extrusions.
Managing Director Chris Makin commented ‘This investment in new equipment ensures we have the wide-range of extruders in place which allows us to offer products in a very diverse range of materials from PVC and Polyolefins, all the way to specialties like PC-ABS and PPE/PS.’
Adding to the existing rheology, stability and physical testing equipment, Eagely have recently taken delivery of a Thermo Fischer FTIR, Brabander rheometer, Brabender extruder, Metrastat heat stability oven and Vicat softening point equipment.

‘Being agile in our product development is key to us supporting our customers and growing our market share. In addition to technical development, this equipment also allows our QC team to demonstrate the excellent quality and consistency of our products. More investments in this area will follow’.
Eagley has evolved over the years to what is now anagile, customer focussed highly experienced supplier into the polymer extrusion and PVC compounding market. Its diverse offering also covers, tooling, injection moulding and even training. As the company evolves, so should the website! Knowledge is one of Eagley core values and we firmly believe that sharing this with each other will greatly strengthen our capability. We have developed a bespoke in-house training course which covers details on the global market, environmental credentials, formulation technology, processing technology and end uses relating to all of our products. It gives our employees a real insight into the positive impact our products have on our day-to-day lives.
